G-CUBE SERIES
GreenPro’s G-CUBE series is a new and unique solution to wastewater treatment that addresses the common problems of simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and compactibility. Our G-CUBE series uses Membrane Bio-Reactor technology together with conventional activated sludge treatment process to effectively treat wastewater. All the components are fitted into a container as a package wastewater treatment plant (WTP) for easy setup and maintenance- a true plug and play system. This solution is ideal for both residential and industrial facilities and can treat wastewater from 10 to 1000 tons per day. Effluent water can be discharged directly to the environment or recycled for irrigation use. The effluent waters are designed to meet local standards as set forth by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
The G-Cube comes in different sizes depending on your needs and is modular, meaning it can be easily combined together as capacity requirements increases. As this containerized wastewater treatment plant is located inside a corrosion resistant steel container, about the size of a standard 20 or 40-foot shipping container, it can be relocated and installed with ease to most locations. In most cases, it is only 2-3 day installation lead time from delivery to fully operational.

OVERVIEW
Our G-Cube Series Wastewater Treatment Package Plants are housed in a Q235 Carbon Steel material with Anti-Corrosion and coated in 3 layers of epoxy for added protection resulting in a long term investment. These containers can be placed under or above ground depending on the client's preference. All it needs is a solid (concrete) foundation and external pipings that will connect to the inlet and outlet of the unit.
Typical applications connects the unit from the facility septic tank and our included float level meter and suction pumps will do the rest. We can also separately supply commercial stainless grease traps for restaurant heavy facilities. The outlet can be connected to the existing effluent pipings or connected to the sewage systems. The control room houses all the pumps, meters, and valves that will be used to monitor your units operation.
Effluent waters may also be stored in a separate water storage tank to be used for irrigation system or facility washing requirements resulting in cost savings from lessened water consumption.

GreenPro’s G-CUBE series is designed to meet regulatory effluent wastewater standards. We analyze each client’s effluent waters (after septic tank) and customize each of our containers to make sure that the equipment will treat the wastewater up to local standard requirements. Each container is a complete treatment module that can combined to increase capacity as the flow consumption requirement increases.
As waste parameters from each client varies we need to analyze the levels in order to better customize the treatment plant to effectively treat the wastewater. Parameters such as BOD, Suspended solids, COD, Nitrates, coliform levels, or other chemical heavy wastewater will need to be treated according to concentration and meet the required effluent standards. Typically DENR requirements are Class B levels that can be safely discharged directly to any body of water.
